These buildings have addresses. You can add them using the address as the building name (like countless other entries in the database have been added). A building address, to me, is more important than a building name.

Building #1's building name would be: 100 K Street NE
Building #2's building name would be: 71 Potomac Avenue SE

Here's an example of another database entry (from Hawaii) using the same principal:
