I can’t find an actual press release or such announcing an opening, but this project is complete/ Built, as it is now possible to make reservations for rooms there:

Now that this project is finished, I think that there are four updates/corrections that need to be made and are per info found within the info of the below links:

1) Name change, per the website it is:

2) The address is:

(14th Place, not AVENUE, is actually closer to 13th Avenue than 14th)
