The Pinnacle at City Park South is listed in the SP Denver database as below:

http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=41938

However, The Pinnacle at City Park South in Denver is actually two distinct highrise buildings, as shown in the diagram included with this SP entry,

http://skyscraperpage.com/diagrams/?buildingID=41938

in the below Google map snaps:

https://www.google.com.mx/maps/@39.7432891,-104.9535907,3a,75y,120.34h,117.74t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1syR3hMjUhyncWHuhVA6jY1g!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

https://www.google.com.mx/maps/@39.743748,-104.9535839,3a,75y,142.68h,106.04t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s4I6kdhTeRAYIV-7V890dGg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

and also listed as two separate building in Emporis:

http://www.emporis.com/buildings/177183/the-pinnacle-at-city-park-south-tower-1-denver-co-usa

http://www.emporis.com/buildings/186627/the-pinnacle-at-city-park-south-tower-2-denver-co-usa

In between these two buildings are townhouses and a common garage, but each building has its own base as per this overhead view:

https://www.google.com.mx/maps/@39.7432625,-104.9528777,147m/data=!3m1!1e3
So…. with all such above, could The Pinnacle at City Park South be corrected to indicate that 2 buildings are in this project? Also, Emporis recognizes such as well……

http://www.emporis.com/complex/106158/the-pinnacle-at-city-park-south-denver-co-usa

“Facts….
This proposal calls for two high-rise residential buildings in an area near the old Mercy Hospital on Denver's Eastside.“

Per Emporis, the towers are referred to as Tower 1 and Tower 2.

To show the correct situation with these 2 buildings, I think that maybe changes made to the SP current listing

http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=41938

can be as such

1) Rename to The Pinnacle at City Park South Tower 1
2) Change coordinates to: 39.743333 -104.952778
3) Change address to 2990 E 17th Avenue, Denver, CO 80206
4) Change number to 140 Units in the building

And that I believe will correct the Tower 1 info.

Now, with Tower 2, it’s a whole new entry as below:

Couldn't it be ideal if the illustrator could separate the towers of this illustration and maybe make 2? I have to add though, that as is it's a beautiful representation of The Pinnacle.

Thanks, and you did very well with this.

As for the diagrams, my assumption going with these is that maybe only the illustrator or those involved with diagrams would be able to do such. I'll email Dylan in the next few days as to what (if anything) can be done about this particular situation/illustration. But anyways.... with my simple Microsoft paint application I made things look pretty good, eh? If only it were that simple.....

Later buddy
