We found out recently that the 395' height for Atlantic Wharf in Boston is really only to the roof. It's 436' to the top of the crown. It's the building featured here:

There is a detailed diagram showing the height, within a PDF of another proposed building by the same developer. The good news is, the proposal has gotten better.
