needs a couple of items corrected.
1) per Shears Adkins Rockmore Architects web page (http://sararch.com/projects/in-progress/1709-chestnut-the-commons/), this is now referred to as 1777 Chestnut Place (or the Towers Residences) from the description at the website. Please change name to the most appropriate, which would be 1777 Chestnut Place
2) it's coordinates are: 39° 45' 21.25" N 105° 00' 06.00" W
