900 Biscayne Bay, Miami is currently listed on Skyscraperpage as having a roof height of 217m.
The building has its own page on wikipedia which states that 'the building went through a height reduction during its construction'. The current height is now stated as being 198m:

The pictures in this link clearly show that 900 Biscayne Bay is shorter than it's neighbouring tower Marquis which stands at 207m:
