• This building i visited during construction on 1994. Number One at other side of street was already done since a year with Controls by Johnson Controls. We tried to sell Honeywell systems to this building, but we lost commercial affairs. Anyway, we went to the building in a visit to see the construction. It was much better done, modular stairs, precised from factory done, much better than C.E. Varig all made by hand in old methods and poor done. This one was nice done, with granit all floors, very good designs on floor and very fast impressive construction. The building is not that high, but it had in the reinf. Concrete many holes open which i thought about accidents. We went with an external elevator... It was a nice visit for one day. Of course this description would not be included, it is just a very old personal experience.
