Can you double check the floor counts in your building requests? I'm counting 11 floors via streetview.

Also the rule of thumb for residential buildings is 3 meters per floor, or 33 meters for this building (it's likely closer to 31 meters just by the look of it).

Sorry for the floor error but in this building they count floors like 0-10, my bad... As for the height I am not very sure about... The floors here are around 2.60m each, they were built in the comunism period. So:
2.60X11=28.6
Then you have to add the huge elevator box on the top, it is something around 4m
28.6+4= 32.6

So you're right, I am very sorry, next time I will be more accurate. Sorry another time and thanks!
