Springcress Properties proposes to develop a 4050 sq. m. site at 2200 Prince Of Wales Drive with two two-storey office buildings having a total floor area of 2418 sq. m. The proposed buildings are sited towards the front and the north side of the property. The front façade of the buildings are located close to Prince of Wales Drive with parking at the rear of the site; between the two buildings; and also adjacent to the south property line using the driveway onto Prince of Wales Drive for access purposes. Access to the 63 parking spaces on-site is provided by a driveway onto Prince of Wales Drive near the south property line and by way of a secondary driveway connection to O’Donnell Court at the rear of the site. Landscaping is used to screen the view of the parking lot from Prince of Wales Drive; from the adjacent residence to the south; and from the adjacent residences at the rear of the site that front onto O’Donnell Court.
