I've been able to see the progress of this from my window/balcony. Looks like it will be a nice addition to the cluster of buildings on those blocks along Maple.

This is the kind of building I'd love to see snuck into an out of the way lot downtown. Nothing too central, but just tucked in there.

Maybe it's better in person, but it looks very suburban to me.

The difference in the brick colour between the podium and tower doesn't work for me.
