Height of 1111 3rd Ave, Seattle

Since when was 1111 3rd Ave, Seattle http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=3550 only 113 m tall? The source the page gives is Emporis, but the Emporis page still says its 138 m tall http://www.emporis.com/building/eleven-eleven-third-avenue-seattle-wa-usa as does every other source I can find. So, if there isn't a more reliable source that says it's 113 m tall, I'd appreciate changing it back to 138 m. Thanks.

I changed it back, the source of Emporis gives (city of Seattle) and which Artemco (our editor) gives seems reliable. Also 34 floor skyscraper with offices from that era has to be taller 113 meters.
