Interesting Facts/Records (in own words): Herastrau transmitter is an important site for MW-/FM- and TV-broadcasting
in Bucharest. It is a characteristic structure as it consists of a lattice tower and a guyed mast. Between the lattice tower
and the guyed mast a T-antenna is spun, which is used for the mediumwave transmitter transmitting the program of "Antena Satelor" on 603 kHz with 50 kW.
The lattice tower carries antennas for FM and TV broadcasting.
