Interesting Facts/Records (in own words):
The London Great Wheel was built for the Empire of India Exhibition in London. Construction began
in March 1894. It opened to the public on July 17, 1895. London Great Wheel, which had 40 cabins each
capable of carrying 40 persons was until 1900 the largest Ferris wheel in the world and remained in service until 1906. It was demolished in 1907.
