I´m unsure wheather this is U/C. Perhaps they move back in the forum. This 646m design is the third that is proposed. No one was built until now. Don´t trust too much in Wikipedia, they list several buildings as U/C altough they arent. I know this, because I´m an user there as well.

Here they list it as U/C but with 508m. Wikipedia is not always reliable in such things.

Frozhalf, There is construction work visiable. But nobody knows which tower that is and how tall it is going to be. Thats the problem. I searched at Emporis for this building, but I didnt find. There are no more information in the web. I searches now over one an hour. And nothing I could found. The final design is after my knowledge still unknown. it seems to be these data :

Floors : 115
Area : 262 176 m²
Completion : 2014

and for the height, it seems to be 588m (roof) and 646m with a spire ! (but the spire isn't present in each version of the project)

Yes, but the CTBUh has currently several problems with it´s new database. They list 610 Lexington Ave as U/C, although this building is cancelled. Normaly I trust in CTBUH, but currently they have several mistakes in their database. I conatcted them via Mail about this and a few other mistakes. Let´s see. I couldnt find this building on Emporis. Why aren´t there no more sources???
