Interesting Facts/Records (in own words): The Basilica composed of 2 churches is built on the site of the former cathedral of Boulogne. That's why many people call the building cathedral. It survive the Second World War bombing and the crypt is 128 metres long (longest in France)

There wasn't any prison in this tower. It was the home of Boulogne's counts. Nowadays, It contains a museum.
