Orinoco Powerline Crossing ( http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=58412 ) consists of three pylons ( see picture http://i307.photobucket.com/albums/nn316/beachpow09/1-29.jpg ). Each pylon carries 6 conductors for 220 kV three-phase AC in 3 levels. On the top, there is a V-shaped crossbar for the ground conductors. The width of the both span fields are 2537 and 2161 metres.
According to all available information, these pylons are the tallest man-made structures in South America today.
Please change name to "Orinoco Powerline Crossing" and native name to "Torre de Conducción Electrica 230Kv Isla Troncon".
