Reinhold zmienia plany
POLSKA Firma Reinhold Polska zmieniła projekt Reinhold Center, który ma powstać przy al. Korfantego w Katowicach. Zamiast planowanego budynku o powierzchni 10 tys. mkw., powstanie tam kompleks biurowy klasy „A” złożony z trzech 15-kondygnacyjnych wież (północnej, południowej i zachodniej) oraz budynku głównego. Całość będzie miała około 45 tys. mkw. powierzchni użytkowej. Dodatkowo firma wybuduje 30 tys. mkw. garaży: w 2 naziemnych oraz 3 podziemnych kondygnacjach. Firma ma już pozwolenie na budowę. Generalnym wykonawcą inwestycji jest Hochtief Polska. Wartość przedsięwzięcia jest szacowana na 300 mln zł. Wcześniejszy projekt miał kosztować 95 mln zł. Nowy Reinhold Center będzie parkiem biznesowym z biurami, sklepami i punktami usługowymi. Obecnie firma przygotowuje teren pod inwestycję. Pierwsza faza powinna być gotowa w marcu 2009 roku.
