Interesting Facts/Records (in own words): This tower is the highest elevated radio tower in Europe. Its
base is situated 3842 metres above sea level.

Although it carries only low-power FM- and TV-transmitters, it has by its high site perhaps the largest technical range
of all FM-transmitters in Europe. DXers with directional antennas can receive it even in Southern Germany.
