Hi my friend, welcome to the editors team, just a suggest...
When the request were complete-done please move the entire thread to Completed Request forum. On the top, the 2nd blue bar appears the submenu "Thread Tools", choose the option "Move Thread", hit the button "Perform action", now on the camp "Destination Forum" search for "completed requests" forum, on the camp "Redirect" choose "leave no redirect" (better) or "leave expiring redirect" (1 or 2 days are ok), finally hit the "move thread" button.
