-The planned complex is the result of the search for an optimum solution, the maximum land utilisation by consideration of the retention of the solar irradiation on already existing area as well as the functionality and dynamism of the property.

-Along the street Legnicka a 3-storied complex which is towered above by two 18-storied residential parts as well as 16-storied (55-m height) of office building with the crossroad of the streets Legnicka and Rysia was established.

-7-and 10-storied office financial section shows the end on the part of the street Rysia. With the streets Rysia and Bialowieska connecting street 6-and 8-storied residential parts with a service part were established in the ground floor.
