Interesting Facts/Records (in own words):

- A proposal building of 115000m2 constructed area was planned from architect in 1991, using the Palace house Maison Matarazzo as portal entrance. The house would be the lobby part of the building, in sense to preserve the historic house, as it was one of the most important house at Av. Paulista old times, beloging to Conde Francisco Matarazzo owner of mainly soap and food industries - Indústrias Matarazzo - in industrialization beginning of São Paulo city. Francisco Matarazzo was an italian immigrant who together with Fascism-Mussolini made much money with food industries in Brazil after Coffee regime during the beginning of 1900 years. The building planned would have at least 40 upper floors and would be a mark for city as its site is located atop the Av. Paulista hill, the highest point in SP city. At its time would be the tallest construction building above see level in city. The house had 16 saloons and 19 dormitories.

- This project was controversal about traffic jams in the neighborhood. First, 2 years before, the mansion and small palace, built in the beginning of the last century, was a justice dispute. In April of 1986, the house was abandoned. In 1989 mayor Luiza Erundina (in the time at PT) asked for the Knocked down of the property by City Hall of São Paulo, proposing to turn the mansion into a " museum of the worker ". In meantime an use for the house was thought and the building was proposed by Aflalo & Gasperini Architects. The heirs of the count Matarazzo managed to cancel the falling preservation in the Justice in sense to use privately the site to be sold entirely to be built an huge building of 60-storeys. On the 4th of January of 1996, part of the mansion in mistery collapsed. After that criminal responsibles said the destruction of house base was in propose to not having the property in use status. The newspapers spread the cause as the strong rain. Two days later, the Contru (municipal organ that supervises the constructions) closed the house and "condemned" the family to rebuild or to demolish the property. On the 11th of January (only five days later), the demolition was begun, being ended in little more than 30 days. In the dawn of the day 10 for the day 11, the coat of arms that was in the entry of the house was sprayed. The Folha de São Paulo journal announced in 13 lines, but he did not say what it was written in the spraying. After a judicial battle with the family Matarazzo, which was collecting a millionaire compensation, the mansion put an end demolished. Since 1996 the very valuable and important site at Av. Paulista is used as a parking lot.

1) Edifício Casa Das Rosas : http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=63625
>>DONE<<

2) Casa Das Rosas : http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=65569
*** Small Comment -> The Interesting Facts is a bit too long. Optimal length next time would be about half of that :D (because when too long it looks like a newspaper lol :D )
>>DONE<<

3) Torre Matarazzo - http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=65570
*** Instead of "divulgated" (correct spelling divulged) try using - exhibited, released, shown etc. Because divulged - is when for ex. criminals are cought by police, and they divulged their secrets (gave out important information under pressure).
*** what you mean by saying "constructed area" - is actually Gross Floor Area <- it's a simple recognized term.
*** Again - please try to keep interesting facts short and sweet
>>DONE<<

Again - please put every different Building correction or new request into separate Posts. :D

1) "the 226-step staircase" is correct. it's like "80-kilogram man" or "40-storey building" :D
2) are you reading description of every building?
3) done
4) I see - it was Martin H Unzon.
I guess he knows. There's no point for me changing, just for it to be changed back.
But I would like other editors to take a note of this.
Previously the source for the height was a music web-site having nothing to do with architecture or news.
