There is no way, for the last one, Edificio Grande Avenue, that you can make anything out from that diagram of the structures along Paulista Avenue.

Also, please post the section of text that talk about the two fires of this building. I couldn't find it in the source provided.

The diagram shows very nice a comparing among all towers ontop buildings and not, along Av. Paulista. As I know the avenue quite in detail, i lived in neighborhood next to it for 25 years, i know exactly from that diagram and the results of comparing all structures, to see what is lower or taller to another. The fire was documented in newspapers and television, but as in the time I was younger, I went to see the fire, but not cared much in keeping records. Unfortunatly I did not found too detail information in web. But see that http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edif%C3%ADcio_Grande_Avenida

The first one was in 1969, the second in 14.02.1981, bigger one. It is also mentioned that telecommunication tower above it belongs to TV Record.

The name is wrong. The old one: Edifício Sede do BNDES (Banco Nacional do Desenvolvimento) was already correct.Sede BNH is another Bldg

Just remember, next time, that when you list heights, unless you have an acceptable source to list it as an estimated height. That really would have cut down on the confusion.
