Interesting Facts/Records (in own words): Tower was one of the first lattice towers.
It was built in 1883 by C. Reinsch in Dresden after an order of Ore Mountain Club.

Tower was closed after World War II for visitors ( perhaps by its site close to a military camp).
On March 11th, 1977 it was demolished.
