Interesting Facts/Records (in own words): Tramoyes transmitter is a 220 metre high mast radiator of the mediumwae transmitter for Lyon. It transmitts on 603 kHz with a power of 300 kW and can be received at night time easily in whole Europe.

Therefore the transmitter is very well known ( however better knows as "Lyon transmitter").

The mast is also a well-known landmark, shown in the coat of arms of Tramoyes.

The mast is insulated against ground:
