C33 has not 10 floors. It has just 9. One floor is "semi-underground", as the building stands on inclined terrain. From the front side which is shown on http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/e/ec/C33_1.jpg/800px-C33_1.jpg, there are eight floors over ground, on the back-side, there are nine floors over ground.
