Tower Mirante da Serra
- Inspired in the Tower CN - Canadian Tower of Toronto (Canada), is the only tower of the country with revolving restaurant. The turn in 360° is carried out in two hours. With total height of 79,5 meters it is possible nearby cities to be visualized like Caxias do Sul and Bento Gonçalves, besides the beauties of the Longevity Land itself.

The Mountain range from Rio Grande do Sul Serra Gaúcha also has yours, with almost 80 meters of height. In 2005, she was still in construction.
- Following the extracted text of the Guide Four Wheels Guia Quatro Rodas: When the Mirante da Serra was inaugurated in 2005, in Veranópolis, appear like the only revolving restaurant of the country in a tower in the small city of Veranópolis, 150 kilometers of Porto Alegre city, an image on the edge of the Highway RS-470 attracts attention. Almost 80 meters are treated as a tower, when was called Mirante da Serra.
In the ground level one a cafeteria and a mini-shopping center works with shops of meshes, sporting articles and wine cellar. And, in the superior part, the lookout and the restoring Revolving Space. The construction of the tower was begun by John Zatti, who after a visit to Canadian Tower, in Toronto, Canada, resolved to do a similar tower in Veranópolis.
The construction began in 1999. In the original project she would have 120 meters, but it finished keeping 79,5 meters. - In 2001, Antônio Camana Filho, owner of a metal work company, he bought the place and it continued with the project, finished in December of 2005. - The biggest attraction of the tower is the restoring Revolving Space Restaurant, which works of Tuesday to Saturday for lunch (11h30/13h30) and to have dinner (19h30/22h30) and on Sundays you punish for lunch (11h30/15h). In the ends of week and vacations awaiting is advisable. The menu includes cover charge, salads, Chicken, Costelinha of pig, steak mignon grilled or to the milanesa, fried polenta and masses. - Three electric motors make the structure with 25 tons revolve, to each two hours it does a complete rotation. Built by Telepar and inaugurated in December of 1991, it allows of the lookout a vision of 360 degrees of the city. In the ground level one there are an exhibition of ancient telephones and rooms of projection of videos. The visits are coordinated by the Municipal General office of Tourism. Location: Professor Lycio G. de Castro Velozzo, 191 Telephone: 3339-7613 Time-table of Functioning: On Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 to 19:00 h. The only tower of telecommunications of Brazil with lookout opened to the visitation.

She has five platforms of concrete with swingings of 4 m. Four of these platforms were raised for the placing of the antennas of transmission. On 5th located in intermediary level, it is closed by inclined windows, shaping a lookout.
