The source you provided does not list the height or the date of completion. If the source is the tower engineer like on the other ones, you must list that (name and job), and the date of correspondance.

I corrected the web-page about Tutrakan TV tower. The source of data is local radio & TV stations manager for Ruse and region (to my regret I don't remember his name) of Bulgarian Telecommunication Company - BTC. The date is 2007-04-10. I already made a diagram for this tower, but waiting for the registration opening to upload it. :)
