As height is what makes these towers remarkable, for towers, height must be known, or it's not added. That's why request #3 and #5 can't be added. If you find the height, it can be added.

Also, if you can, do some more research to find the year of completion for the Silistra TV Tower.

What should I add as the source for the heights? Is their a particular company that manages/owns all of these towers?

Yes, of course, Company owner is BTC (Bulgarian Telecommunication Company) and I spoke with regional technical manager for Rousse Region (Rousse, Razgrad, Silistra etc.) and with other for Dobrich region.
