Interesting Facts/Records (in own words):

- The observation tower would reach from Av. Paulista the top height of city 923m enough to see the sea in clear days, but the construction was declined from CONPRESP - Municipal historic edifications department of São Paulo. The argument was that the tower will disconfigurate the MASP Museum area besides it.
- Its spire of 5,65x8,00m with a 17m diameter Cilindric Crone with a Cyber-café in lower deck and Mirante upper one would be used for public observation.
- The ticket sales will contribute to museum maintainance.
- The Vivo Telephone company would promove the Tower for mobile phone and bought the building Dumont Adams for R$ 12 million to renovate it and using as mobile phone office among other uses of Museum as school of art, museum offices, restaurants, coffe-shop and observatorium. The old Art-deco Dumont Adams Building would be the base for the tower.
- The architect tried together MASP, as he is the Museum director, to revalidate the project in Justice but was several times denied his idea and was objection thema in public newspapers. Julio Neves is rebuilding his project for the building use from Museum and the tower project is on-hold.

When was the building constructed?

How this will be added is that the existing building will be added, and any drawings showing the on-hold proposal will be shown, but not in the primary.
