- The biggest residential building in Brazil and the most populated in world.
- In Ground floor has 70 stores, which are Church, tailor, chinese fast food, 4 restaurants, laundry, 2 caffee shop, videostore, 5 public telephones, pastery, travel agency, library and other services.
- 5000 residents - 53% owners, 6500 floating people diary. Employes 108 to serve and maintain the building.
- The Architect do not sign this project as it was too modificated from original contracted from Companhia Pan-Americana de Hotéis e Turismo with an office tower not built, a hotel converted in actual Bradesco Bank tower, theater, cinemas, restaurants, pool, gardens, more stores and undergraound garage.
- The helipod is closed.
- The building name was inspired by a Mayan Temple in Honduras.
- The building is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest Residential structure built in Brazil and also claims this building has the largest floor area of any residential structure in the world. According to IBGE, a major research institute in Brazil, the building has a larger population than 547 cities in the country.
