I thought Pinnacle centre is being built there.

Really Yonge south of the railway is terribile.

York will be decent in 2-3 years atleast...

It really is an embarrassment. Something needs to be built there.

whats planed in the lot behind the ACC...
Pinnacle part E??? They could if they want...

plus looking at google maps, a lot of parking lots are gone now.

Still there are tons in the waterfront area.

^probably nothing as it was for sale a few months ago (lots of office density approved for the site as part of the sales package contained a rendering of a potential office tower development of 80 storeys which of course made its way to all the forums)

Not a good area really.

A highway and then railway on both sides.

Not the best place for a prime office building.

What about Telus? All they need is PATH connection then it's as good as any other location in the core.

What about the NW and SW corners facing ACC/Telus at Bremner and York?

^My guess would be two towers 125m-130mNW, and two towers 90m-150mSW

As for SE Yonge Harbour my guess would be 100m.
