All have been added. But, for Neboder 123, the architects give the gross floor area as 146,400 square meters for the gross floor space. Which is correct?

Also, Centar Crnomerec status is being listed at proposed until they start drilling and laying the foundation, which is considered under construction. There have been many structures who's sites have been cleared only for the structure to never start construction. So, let me know when the structure starts construction.

Lastly, Sky Towers has 3 underground levels of parking:

I really wish we could read the height. Perhaps you should email them and ask them how tall the building will be to the roof, and then the tip of the spire?

For Neboder 123, the 146,400 sqm consists of all other components, there are a number of residential buildings that will be built later that are seperate to the skyscraper. Therefore from what I gather 19,200 is the total leasable office space which probably doesnt include lobbies, lift core, bathrooms, etc.
I will try and find more info but it may look like an estimate may be needed here.

I will also contact the developers of Sky Towers regarding the actual heights to the roof and also the spire which I didn't notice before. :D

I'll also confirm when Centar Crnomerec is under construction. ;)
