Interesting Facts/Records (in own words): This tower built in 1994 keeps the tradition of transmission at Koenigs Wusterhausen, the birthplace of broadcasting in Germany. It is used for mobile phone services and low power FM-radio.
Towers similiar to this are often used in Germany for larger mobile phone service stations and low power FM transmitters. This tower, located at a historical remarkable transmission site would give therefore also a good example for one of the tower series used for mobile phone transmitters in Germany.
Königs Wusterhausen Radio Tower consists of several prefabricated concrete parts. It can be assembled in only 1 or 2 days!
