Interesting Facts/Records (in own words):- The developer has submitted three different plans to the city ranging from 44 floors at 603 feet high to 63 floors at 827 feet high.
- At 827 feet, this would become the second tallest building in the Bay Area after the Transamerica Pyramid in San Francisco.
- This project was originally envisioned as a new home for the University of California's systemwide offices, but has since developed into a more comprehensive project with additional space for a hotel, commercial offices, retail shops, and possibly condos.
