Just a few more things:

1. "Official Source" means the building's website. Everything else is unofficial, including Absolute Des Moines. More importantly, "Absolute Des Moines" isn't a good enough source on its own if you don't link us to the pages on that site where you found the information. Also, if you're going to list a media it must include the media source and date the information was published. We need to be able to look it up. Link us to the page on Absolute Des Moines where you got this from.

2. The last one will not be added as it still seems as if it's very early in the planning stages, and seems more like a loose concept, at the moment, than a solid proposal.

3. "Structure type" refers to the what type of structure the development is i.e. highrise, lowrise, stadium, church...
