Glendale

Glendale, a large suburb of Los Angeles, is known for its large Armenian population, famous Forest Lawn Cemetery and home of the first paved airport runway west of the Rockies.

Most of Glendale's skyscrapers are concentrated on Brand Boulevard, Glendale's main thoroughfare. Glendale generally has two skylines, the main Downtown Skyline concentrated on Brand Boulevard and the Foothill Freeway and the Glendale Galleria mini-skyline. Glendale's tallest building is the 25 floor Glendale Plaza, the first high rise constructed in Glendale since the 1994 Northridge earthquake.

With an estimated population of 207,007, Glendale is the third largest city in Los Angeles County and the seventeenth largest city in the state of California.
