Description On the roof of the building, there was from 1970 to 2020 a chimney with a spire height of 176 metres (measured from ground) for a waste incineration plant in the building. In 2020 this chimney, which was not used after the shut-down of the waste incineration plant in 1997 any more, was demolished piece by piece with special machinery.
Actually two chimneys each with a spire height of 131 metres (measured from ground), which were built in 1980 and are used by two gas turbines, form the highest point of this building.
