From today. Facade work continuing on the North side of the tower. 2 more floors of glass to go. Architectural roof elements have yet to start to form.
Crane is down and most exterior work is complete. Excellent addition to the skyline with this angle, and also from the Poplar Street Bridge. The gaudy LED screen on top does distract a bit and it's only on the west face of the crown.

Getting close to completion, this view is incredible. You can see 3 of the city's best structures: The Arch, Old Courthouse, & One Metropolitan Square.

One Cardinal Way is completed. The first residents moved in earlier this month. The building is sitting around 76% occupied, which is strong for a new high-rise apartment building in Downtown St. Louis.
