Got to add estimated month and year, otherwise we're left with a 12 month window. It would be easier to predict t/o once we get an idea how many floors per week are going up. I like the idea, but someone has to own it and keep it updated.

How about quarter?

Austin | 6 X Guadalupe | 848 FEET | 65 Floors | Est. T/O '22Q4 | U/C
Austin | 6 X Guadalupe | 848 FEET | 65 Floors | Est. T/O Q4'22 | U/C

Potential month:

Austin | 6 X Guadalupe | 848 FEET | 65 Floors | Est. T/O Dec'22 | U/C

If we can see like a 1 floor/week then I think we should have a good rough estimate of when it will top out

I agree. It allows a reasonable estimate with some wriggle room but not too much, just 3 months instead of 12,

I'm back from a break I took from posting/moderating several forums because I was getting burned out and pissed off about the state of urban affairs in the U.S. But I continued to Tweet some updates (See my signature.) Most of my updates have since been posted here or on Austin Towers, so the forum is mostly up to date. But there has been some significant updates about the 12th & Red River Hotel that haven't been posted yet. So I'll add that info shortly.

You took a well needed and well deserved break, but we are all happier with your presence than without it. I am glad you’re back.

When you feel up to it, can you update the comprehensive projects list?

I appreciate all of y'all for getting out and taking photos, digging through the city websites and FAA permits, and following these developments closer than I do. I just check webcams and put all y'alls effort together.
