CALGARY | Concord Eau Claire | 17 & 15 FLOORS

The east tower of a two tower development by Concord Pacific in Calgary's Eau Claire district.

Design by Nick Milkovich Architects Inc.

The development permit has been submitted to the City and it will go to the planning commission Thursday Oct 7th.

Extra density.... How about 50 floors!! That'd be a tough sell in that neighborhood, wouldn't it.

Sorry, but where exactly is this site? I can't picture it. Is it near Eau Claire Tower site? Or closer to, say, Waterfront?

Directly south? Is it the lot surrounded by that awful chain link fence?

I believe so...it may also incorporate the sales centre, but I'm not 100% certain

The building is so-so but I wouldn't mind a terraced suite overlooking Prince's Island Park.

^^^ Sorry my bad I guess this rendering (above) is old, but I think it looks a lot better than the CAD drawings at the top IMHO.

Went today and signed up with Concord Pacific, so I could get in to see the show suite. It looks fantastic... very high end. I talked with the sale person and she said construction will be starting in Spring 2015.
