All of the Hudson Yards towers are terrific and LA would be lucky to have just one of them. That being said, I wish more of a conscious effort had been made to vary the architecture so that it’s not a sea of blue glass. Collectively, they all blend together to the point where nothing in particular really stands out.

An example of a high degree of variation would be the following put together:

Hearst Tower
8 Spruce
53W53
One Vanderbilt

I agree, but Phase II will address that.

Its a bargain compared to the shoe box that one gets across the river. Lol... try getting that same house across the river or in a desirable part of Queens or with a compelling view. 2-3x more.

Union City NJ actually has really good deals on condos, with views. Weehawken is very expensive, but Union NJ is not that bad. Its reachable without having to sell rocks.

The Gold Coast of NJ is where its at. Luxury, at a massive discount compared to NYC (both rentals and purchases). And, one can actually get a view of the skyline in its full glory.

That pano shot is legit. Hudson Yards skyline would probably be top five or six skylines in US all by itself

It’s summer in New York, and as the temperatures rise, so does the superstructure at The Spiral, 66 Hudson Blvd. This week our team at New York City Constructors plans to complete steel erection of the 37th floor. All steel delivered to the site was sourced in the USA and fabricated in the Banker Steel New Jersey and Virginia plants. Great job, team!

After the stop due to COVID-19, we are finally back on-site at 66 Hudson Yards today, as we restart the installation of our bespoke façade panels.
