This is a HUGE gapfiller for Midtown. It's going to look awesome when it's finished.
That's an awesome rendering. The best I've seen thus far with this building.
Thanks for the updates.
Keep em coming.

Does anyone know if there is to be (or already is) a construction webcam for this one? I'm a self confessed construction web cam junkie.

Where's our photographers with some photo updates? Last photo is from 7 weeks ago! And before you ask me if I'm helpless and why can't I do it... I've been out of town for two months and won't be back for another three weeks. I'm so anxious to see what progress has been made!

Not much has been done. I don't think they've even poured the 2nd floor yet.

What is that 8 to 10 story whitish structure just at the top of the white crane, along 14th street? Is that a parking deck? If so, it is public or is it associated with any of the nearby towers? As this overall area explodes with development, that parcel just strikes me as being perhaps underutilized.

It's the parking deck for the Proscenium building - I believe it's private, but they may open up spots at night for all those restaurants on Cresent. I agree that it is underutilized, but there are also like 3 surface lots on that side of 14th street to the West of there that are ripe for development; I think we'll see these used up before anyone starts demolishing parking decks.

Yeah, that parking deck does sort of kill a big stretch of what is othewise a pretty cool restaurant row on that street.

I guess that got in before the city required retail to wrap around parking decks.

Does anyone know why it is taking them so long just to finish the first floor facing P'tree.

Somebody raises this same question with almost every building. Like most structures of this type, the first floors of 1010 Peachtree are complex, and involve a combination of sections with varying uses, dimensions and ceiling heights. It takes time to lay out, form and pour. Trust me, if the contractor could go much faster, he would.
