Truly beautiful. So many different looks. They simply don't build them like they use to. Fantastic set.

yes its great to see a thread of these.

the victorian era has a rep of being dour like its old crone namesake, yet it was anything but.

just look at those beautiful details and colorful flourishes.

Great photos. I know the exact location. Montreal does winter well.

When I think of Montreal I think greystones. This city has such a sense of place.

The variety of roof treatments and colors is rather surprising. Why don't I remember these from my visit there a decade ago? Probably because I was focused on all the modern concrete masterpieces of the Metro stations, Olympic Park, Habitat '67, etc.
