So much potential. There are some areas of Hells Kitchen that need to go, such as this: https://www.google.com/maps/place/He...!4d-73.9918181

All the crap along 11th to 12th Ave between 46th and 52nd. That Manhattan Mini Storage is taking up precious land.

The other towers will have to be absorbed into the market. Also, buyers have choice in this particular market of super high end condos. When One57 first came out, there wasn't a lot of
competition for it, as far as the sky high Central Park condo goes. Anyway, these units will get built and sold, and more will follow. The process will repeat itself.

12. Looks like a very clean glass. I'll be glad when all of the blue wrap is removed.

That facade looks outstanding. Great contrast with neighboring buildings.

So now we know what it will look like after they take off the blue wrapping. I like the steeley grey. It looks really nice with the wavy, frosted Nordstrom base.

The foggy pics above, with CPT and 432 Park, made me remember the original twins on a foggy day (if they were skinnier). Given the current status of both towers almost being close to each other and from a far, looking like twins.
