Pics taken 7/6/2018:

The entrance to the future TJMaxx. It looks like most of the store will be on the second floor:

City Fitness opens on Oct 1st per Philly Mag, so hopefully other spots aren’t far behind. I walked by yesterday and it looked like a lot of progress was being made (at least on the outside) compared to a week or so ago.

Related, there was substantial progress across the street on the street level, including paver installation at the main entrance of the Fashion District.

Interesting that they haven't started putting the LED screens up - especially over the completed sections with BCF. Seems like a no-brainer to start bringing in some ad-revenue for PREIT. I have this weird feeling that they are going to bail on the screens to keep costs down in the end...

Holy Moly Batman.. the webcam on this is back up again!

If you check it out, notice the significant cleaning job on the brick of the Girard Building (south/right).
Also the edges of the movie theater construction on top of the western end of the Fashion District.

Thanks for the heads up! I'd given up on checking on this one after 3+ weeks of webcam stagnancy.

This shows the before and after difference:

on Flickr

Its amazing how much dirt/grime there was in the industrial days.. and how much brighter buildings are after a
good cleaning. Can only hope they work similar magic with the Fashion District..

There's countless buildings that need a good power wash. I would attest to some of that pollution buildup is decades old!
