No. In the original rendering it did show 50 floors.
Now the tower has been quoted as being 580 feet tall with 47 floors to the roof according to the developer and architect. The spire height looks to be around 150 feet tall. So with the spire this should be a little over 700 feet tall. Probably around 730 feet.

I'll have to email them again to get the updated heights and figure out what they're planning with the spire. I'll try to do that next week.
