Yeah, the potential of 4 towers over 100 metres (and a 5th and possibly 6th just under) is really going to transform the feel of Kelowna.

A project dear to my heart, JoeAnna's House, is rapidly going up. They're framing the second floor and the roof should be up in no time.

Especially the parking podium!

Exciting times from Kelowna, just wish we could be there to be a part of it.

^ LOL, well the parkade podium is 100% Edmonton, at least it doesn't look terrible like they do here. The tower itself is definitely Vancouver style.

24 Tower on Bernard

Just noticed Aquilini group has removed the property listing for the proposed site of "24" on Bernard. It had been for sale for a few years. Now I'm curious, did it sell or can we expect a new proposal after "24" went stale on the city books.

24Kelowna would be a terrific project. Besides Westcorp's Downtown Hotel, there would be no location more central in Downtown. The renderings of the project looked really nice too. Perfect project to be sandwiched between Westcorp's Downtown Hotel, the 3 Brooklyn towers, and Ella.

No problem! I'm guessing that Ella, with the parking podium finished, will be going up very quick now.

With all this development how come Kelowna has basically no transit. They really need an LRT or rapid bus.

Thanks for the pics! That lot on Harvey and Pandosy kills me (seen in ELLA from Harvey picture), I wish Aura was proposed for that site. That used to be a gas station no? Anyone know how long it needs to remain vacant still? Such a prominent piece of land.

Drove by landmark today and site prep is well underway for Tower VII, site fencing and excavation under way.
