I will gladly post more angles and even change the color of polygons to make them more discernable if anyone wants!
What is the green one in front of BofA?

And a request (since you asked): Can you please do an aerial from the south of downtown looking north showing all the new midrises around E. Cesar Chavez Blvd. with downtown in the background?

That one would be the 29 story hotel/condo tower that was proposed about 1-2 years back on top of the old WOAI studio. I don't think there has been any sort of news about it since then so the project may have dissipated (for a while at least).

But here are those screengrabs, sorry if the angle is a bit off but I tried to fit as much in as possible. There are a couple buildings I'm unsure the status of (Hotel Sul Fiume, Cambria) but I include them as placeholders in a sense. Also I have no clue about the size of that third hemisfair building so that's why there's a random midrise sitting there.

Ooh, I know! How about a view from the Tower of the Americas with U/C and serious proposals?

Here ya go, I did add a bunch into the pearl area including the Harris Bay proposal so that's why it looks so dense over there. Also, I did leave that odd-looking placeholder for Hemisfair since I know a third building will eventually sit there.

(please excuse some of the models jagged edges, the trees on google earth don't allow me to make perfectly straight lines a lot of the time)

Just a small update where I added the three additional floors to the Hotel Sul Fiume (or whichever name it will have now) so it now scales at about 220ft. I also added the 9 story Lewellan proposal at the Pearl.

That area around St. Mary's is gonna be pretty damn dense if Sul Fiume gets built.

Good job on the renders!

Nice updates, CWalk99!

White = proposed?
Gray = Approved?
Brown = UC?

And agreed , its going to be great in complementing the new buildings across the way and plus its always nice to have certain gaps like that filled

There actually isn't any color coding on here its more of just a random thing where I added multiple polygons at a time and didn't bother changing the color (mostly out of laziness)

At one point I did differentiate them by their stages of construction so maybe I can give that a shot again!

Height looks about right to me from that angle. At four hundred feet, it would be 44' shorter than Weston Center, and 13' higher than Frost Tower. Given the distances of the buildings pictured, I think this is pretty damn close.

Good job strangler...errr, JACKinBeantown.

Thanks. Of course, now the thing that stands out to me is that it's leaning slightly to the right. Oh well.

Meh, you can only really tell if you look closely at the space between Weston and your addition.

ETA: Actually, now that I look at it, it seems to lean forward to me. I still applaud the fine effort.

@CWalk99

If you have time, how about the view from the webcam on the top of the University Health System building?

Sure thing, these work? Also, I can include proposed projects from the same view if you want
