Yes, the NEC building is not a beauty, one of the oldest ones in Lujiazui. May be it will get recladded like the midrise besides the HSBC tower in this pic and the sooner the better that Merryshit Building under construction too (sorry, I couldn't help). May be we'll have a surprise when the building will get completed, we only know this terrible rendering by now. There might be some hope ...

I'm interesting in seeing the cladding for this building. When they initially released the renderings, some people called it a disaster. I wonder if that will be true.

This building looks so solid right now. I wonder if we'll be pleasantly surprised with the final result.
