LAS VEGAS | Allure | 466' Pinnacle / 461' Roof | 41 FLOORS

Allure Las Vegas is in the middle of it all!!!
4.4 Billion Dollar Echelon Place to your right. The land right accross the street from us just SOLD to the MGM for $17 Mil a Acre. WOW
The stratosphere to the back of us which was just bought by Goldman Sachs will be compleatly renovated. The Fontier Hotel will be the NEW Plaza hotel they bought that one for a deal of $33 Million an acre. To say the least the Las Vegas strip is 4.5 Miles long It is by every way our beach front property VS. the 1600 mile shore line. It is safe to say that LAND is in demand and their is a shortage, witch is resulting in the largest land prices we have ever seen. Luckly Allure bought there site over five years ago, allowing them to sell there units at a great VALUE...We can all agree that verticle living is the new Las Vegas....for now.

I shot that photo on VTAT.com, but looks like they dropped in a different sky.

Here are my earlier shots of Allure being constructed. Got my camera after it was already half way up.

You can see it behind Sky.
